Dips & Sauces

Mustard Mayonaise

Ingredients:
 1 scallion
2Tbls Dijon mustard
2 Tbls cream cheese
2 Tbls mayonaise.
Salt and pepper to taste

Finely chop the scallion and thoroughly mix all the ingredients. Place in bowl and chill before serving.
 
Red-Pesto Dip
 
Ingredients:
 2 sun dried tomatoes
4 Tbls mayonaise
2 Tbls light cream
1 Tbls red pesto sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
 
Finely chop the dried tomato and thoroughly mix all ingredients. Chill before serving.

Herb and Sour Cream Dip
  
Ingredients:
 2 Tbls finely chopped Chervil ( parsley will do)
2 Tbls finely chopped Coriander.
1 clove  smoked garlic- crushed.
3 Tbls Sour cream.
Salt and freshly milled black pepper to taste.
 
Mix all ingredients together and season to taste.
